Financial Concepts is a multi-service employee benefits consulting firm founded in 1983. Our firm provides organizations with custom designed benefit packages. We believe benefit programs should be built based on the strategic objectives of the organization. We partner with clients to understand their business market, employee motivators, corporate challenges and culture to create benefit programs that help the organization meet core business goals. We can act as a virtual extension of the organization’s human resource department through outsourcing services that could result in significant cost savings to our clients.
In 1996, Financial Concepts became a National Financial Partners Corp.(NFP) firm. With approximately 170 owned-member firms nationwide, our affiliation with NFP allows us to leverage technology resources, proprietary products and services usually only associated with the largest consulting firms in the country.
Financial Concepts employs individuals including management, sales and marketing professionals and administrative staff. We are located in Plymouth, Minnesota. We maintain professionals who utilize their nationwide resources to provide high quality service to our multi-state clients. Financial Concepts offers employee benefit services to over 290 Minnesota based organizations.
