Job Description
The Benefit Consultant is the key relationship manager on accounts he/she is assigned to.

This position is responsible for maintaining the relationship with our clients and making sure service levels are being maintained and working with the client and venders to resolve issues. The Benefit Consultant acts as team lead on accounts partnering with account managers and account specialist to deliver Financial Concepts' business cycle. Including training of team if necessary.

Responsibilities also include strategically evolving our clients benefits offering, opening and selling new accounts, as well as referring cross sales opportunities to our other divisions.

Wealth Advisor

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced wealth advisor who is interested in joining an enthusiastic professional team.

Our wealth advisors have the opportunity of opening new client relationship through our firm’s existing clientele base. While conducting education and enrollment on the firms qualified retirement plans, you will have the ability to position yourself as an expert to owners, management and staff of our retirement plans.

You will enter the relationship uniquely positioned as a trusted member of the Financial Concepts team with deep knowledge and expertise of investments and unique plans specific to the client. You will also receive introductions from our investment committees of retirement plans and from benefit consultants. On-staff financial analysts are available to assist with investment advice.
