Richard (Dick), original co-founder of Financial Concepts, Inc., served as President and CEO from 1983 to 1998 and continues to offer his employee benefit experience to clients. With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Dick provides independent consulting services in the areas of non-qualified and qualified retirement plans**, individual wealth management**, and incentive based executive compensation**.

Dick is an advisor to the National Council of the Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Council. Dick is a board member of the Verde Valley Medical Center-Northern Arizona Healthcare. He is a board member emeritus at Hamline University and board member emeritus of the Sedona Community Foundation. Dick serves as the Chief Manager for Red Rock Properties, LLC – a commercial real estate LLC.

Dick is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a degree in Business Communications with postgraduate work in finance and accounting. Dick is a member of the American Society of Chartered Financial Consultants and Chartered Life Underwriters, the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, a member of several state CPA associations. He is a member of the American Economic Association (AEA). Dick is a Registered Representative for NFP Securities, Inc. and an Investment Advisor Representative of Financial Concepts.
