Patrick Tschetter, Retirement Plan Consultant
Patrick has over 10 years of experience in retirement plans and has provided service to hundreds of small, medium and large corporations in the areas of plan design, investment consulting, and employee communications.
Before joining the team at Financial Concepts, Patrick’s background includes nearly ten years of experience at Wells Fargo where he held positions as a retirement plan specialist, investment manager and communication specialist. Prior to working with Wells Fargo, he was a fixed-income trader at FBS Investment Services and a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch.
Patrick’s additional experience includes 2 years counseling retirement plan participants; over 2 years traveling around the United States conducting enrollment, investment review and economic/market update educational sessions for employees; over 4 years advising corporate boards and retirement plan committees on investments, investment strategies and proper fund selection for $800 million+ in Defined Contribution assets and another $100 million+ in Foundation, Endowment and Defined Benefit assets. After spending the last 3 years starting and running his own company (a MN Cup semi-finalist: www.mncup.com), Patrick has a unique perspective within the retirement plan consultant community to work with a business and assist them in making their plan more competitive, higher performing and as cost effective as possible for the company and it’s employees/participants.
Patrick earned BA degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from the University of South Dakota. He is a Registered Representative of Financial Concepts, Inc. and a Registered Investment Advisor of Financial Concepts, Inc. Patrick also holds the Minnesota Resident Insurance Producer license, and maintains licensure through approved Continuing Education courses.
