Michael (Mike) has been an investment advisor representative and licensed life insurance agent for over twenty years. His mission is to ensure clients have their financial needs well understood and cared for today and into the future. As a financial advisor, Mike is committed to assisting clients to preserve and protect their assets and standard of living through sound investment strategies. Mike’s years of experience, certifications, and training have prepared him to provide practical financial solutions for clients. Mike understands the value of strong work ethics, integrity and commitment.
Mike provides services in the areas of retirement income planning, life insurance and estate planning , rollovers from pensions, IRAs and 401 (k) plans. He is also able to assist with strategies to reduce income taxes, tax-deferred and tax free income, long-term care concerns, and IRA Required Minimum Distributions. With a deep understanding of every client’s financial objectives, Mike is able to provide the customized strategies and solutions to fit their needs.
Mike attended Moorhead State University and graduated with a BA degree in Business Administration. He is past president of the West Central National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Mike is certified in Retirement and Estate Planning. He is a Registered Representative with NFP Securities, Inc. and a Registered Investment Advisor of Financial Concepts, Inc. He carries the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation, which offers essential insurance product knowledge and sales skills needed to advise clients on their insurance needs.
Mike’s leadership extends to the community with his past involvement with the Chamber of Commerce in the Morris area, YMCA Board of Directors, Parent/Student Organizations, and former President of Church Council. He has coached and managed varying levels of baseball from Little League to American Legion.
