Bob Noll, CFA, Chief Investment Advisor
Bob has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. His primary function is to oversee and analyze the investments Financial Concepts professionals recommend for use in client accounts through our internal investment committee - both on the plan and participant level. Other responsibilities include advising client investment committees as to the make-up of investments offered, plan design, impact of legislative changes, and vendor suitability. He develops and delivers employee education plans for clients and serves as a direct contact for participants who have questions or need advice regarding planning, saving, and investing for retirement.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Economics and the University of Notre Dame with an MBA in Finance. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative) & 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam) licenses, as well as Minnesota Life and Health license. He is a Registered Representative with NFP Securities, Inc. and an Investment Advisor Representative of Financial Concepts.
