Blake brings over 25 years of experience in the health benefits industry. He began his career at Great West Life Assurance Company. He made the transition to the brokerage side in 1991. Blake has extensive experience with self-funded medical and dental plans, as well as focusing on the sales and servicing of group life, health and pension products. His primary focus is to deliver high levels of service, knowledge, and results to middle market employers. In 1995, Blake founded Corporate Resource Group as an independent employee benefits agency, which led to a merge with Stanton Group in 2002. At Financial Concepts, Blake serves as a Senior Benefits Consultant.

Blake is a 1982 graduate of The University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, with a B.S. in Business Administration, and was a member of the Association of Students in Economics & Business (AIESEC). Blake is a Registered Representative with NFP Securities, Inc. He stays current with the latest trends in healthcare costs, providing his clients with the appropriate customized plan design vehicles to help achieve their goals.

Blake has helped coordinate the Trinity Mission during the holidays for families in need during job transition, and is also a part of Respite Night at Westwood Community Church. He supports youth sports and is a coach for girls softball in Minnetonka. Blake is a Lake Association Board Member.
