Job Description

The Benefit Consultant is the key relationship manager on accounts he/she is assigned to. This position is responsible for maintaining the relationship with our clients and making sure service levels are being maintained and working with the client and venders to resolve issues. The Benefit Consultant acts as team lead on accounts partnering with account managers and account specialist to deliver Financial Concepts' business cycle. Including training of team if necessary. Responsibilities also include strategically evolving our clients benefits offering, opening and selling new accounts, as well as referring cross sales opportunities to our other divisions.
